Part of the second wave of Legacy Voyager Class toys, Soundwave is a package refresh of his Siege toy, now redecoed to lose the battle damage paint applications, much like Galvatron from the same line, although the blue plastic used in this release is slightly darker than the original Siege figure. His accessories include his concussion blaster, his sonic cannon, and his charge blaster.
This figure was officially revealed by Hasbro on the April 12, 2022 Fan First Tuesday.
