Game Summary:
After recovering from his illness, we find King Graham taking a leisurely walk through Daventry, when suddenly, a wizard in a black cloak appears and casts a spell upon the Castle of Daventry. When Graham returns, he is startled to find that his home has mysteriously vanished, along with all of his loved ones. Only Cedric, a talkative owl sitting in a nearby tree, was witness to the theft and offers to help Graham rescue his family. He takes him to Serenia to meet Crispin, Cedric’s owner, who provides Graham with an old magic wand and a bit of whitesnake which allows him to communicate with animals, before sending him on his way.
Accompanied by Cedric, King Graham quests throughout the land of Serenia, eventually learning that the wizard who stole his family is the brother of Manannan, the evil sorcerer who had once imprisoned Graham’s son Alexander, and who now wishes revenge upon the royal family on his brother’s behalf. It will take all of King Graham’s wits and determination to defeat the wizard and rescue his beloved family.
