I call him... “ Mollusk Man” !
Jack Kirby: Mollusk Man...really Stan? are you even trying anymore?
Stan Lee: I picture him as being green like The Hulk, but with all the powers of a Mollusk!
Jack Kirby: (Sigh) How about I just have The Torch fight The Eel again while you flesh that one out a bit more.
Stan Lee: Brilliant! The Eel in his second smash appearance!
