There are three things that soldier Ray Elwood loves about being stationed in Germany: his Mercedes Benz- no speed limit on the Autobahn- and a black market for anything he can get his hands on. By day- he works on a US army base as a clerk to incompetent Commander Wallace Berman- but by night he relieves his boredom with black market dealing and selling drugs to his fellow soldiers. He may be trained in arms- but he is dealing in everything! When a new Sergeant arrives to clean up the base- Elwood thinks it is nothing he can’t handle- especially when he sets eyes on the Sergeant’s daughter. However- as things begin to spiral out of control- Elwood finds himself out of his depth.
