In a town with many secrets, people are being killed by a maniac; or so it seams. When all seams lost a crippled boy in a motorized wheelchair is the towns only hope to discover the truth behind the murders. When the boy discovers the truth, he tells his sister and his uncle; the three set a plan in motion that seams unbelievable. In the end the only saving grace may be a SILVER BULLET.
