Synopsis:
When his mother falls ill, baseball player Carlton Garrett embarks on a journey across the United States to track down his father. Carlton’s father, Kyle Garett, was once a successful sportsman. Now he has fallen ashore. A drunkard and a nothing-nothing. Carlton is very much at the journey. That’s why he asks his girlfriend Lucy to keep him company. When the pair finally find Kyle, the old brompot agrees to travel back to say goodbye to his terminally ill ex-wife. But during the trip from Orio to Houston, everything you can think of goes wrong and most of the misery is caused by Kyle\u2019’s immature behavior. Will father and son ever get closer together?
