The seedy underbelly of New York beckons,,,, Will you take the call? Play as Rorschach or Night Owl in two unique stories. Part 1: crime and terror rules of streets, and now Underboss has escaped prison, and only Rorschach and Night Owl can track down his hide out. As they scour the alleys , rooftops and sewers of New York City to find him, they discover a nefarious plot that goes much deeper than they ever suspected. Part 2: in the final days leading up to the passage of the Keene act, Rorschach has discovered a mysterious missing persons case, and enlists the help of Night Owl in a quest that takes them deep into the depraved world of the Twilight Lady.
