The Transformers Drag Strip transforms into a Tyrrell P34 Six-Wheeler race car. He comes with a purple double-barreled plasma energy cannon that attaches to the back of his vehicle mode. In robot mode he is armed with a small purple ”Gravito-gun”. His fists do not have peg holes, allowing them to be less obvious in vehicle mode. Because of this, his weapon plugs into the top of his wrist.
Since he was designed with the Scramble City-style combination, he can form the arm or leg to any similarly-constructed robot combination, though his nominal placement is as the right arm to Menasor.
Due to the difference in his frame construction, Drag Strip is the only Stunticon whose car body faces forwards rather than backwards when used as a combiner leg.
In 1990 Drag Strip was offered as a mail away by the Weetabix Breakfast Cereal in the UK. Aerialbot Fireflight was available in the same offer.
