Still lacking the blue paint, Targetmaster Cyclonus’s fist holes were widened to accommodate his Nebulan partner, Nightstick, who replaced his previous handgun. An additional 5mm hole was added to the top of his vehicle mode, just in front of his rubsign, to accommodate Nightstick in this mode. This version of the toy was not released in Japan.
