Generations Selects Tentakil is an extensive retool of Power of the Primes Deluxe Class Moonracer, sharing the crotch, leg ball joints, back-half of the torso, and Combiner connector piece. He transforms from a robotic squid-monster to a robot, and is able to form an arm, leg, or gun for King Poseidon. Like other Generations Selects Seacons, Tentakil has newly-tooled Combiner hands with posable fingers. They also form part of the Targetmaster-style gun mode.
Tentakil was released as a TakaraTomy Mall exclusive in Japan. The Seacons were also available directly through Hasbro Pulse and also import retailers in the U.S. and Canada. He was later retooled as Skyulle. This mold was also used to make Novastar, Greenlight, and Lancer.
