Released as part of the Shattered Glass Collection subline, Blurr is a redeco and new head retool of Studio Series Blurr, transforming into a blue-and-black Cybertronic hovercar. In addition to his blaster, the figure also includes a welding tool accessory. While the back of his head is cast in translucent plastic to enable the light-piping feature in his eyes, the gimmick is completely neutered by paint applications.
Unlike the vast majority of Blurr’s toys that have included wheels for the figure to move around on in hovercar mode, this one opts for a more accurate, wheel-less design.
The release of this figure from Hasbro Pulse included the comic Shattered Glass #1, complete with an exclusive variant cover.
This mold was also used to make Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection Blurr.
