S.H.MonsterArts Biollante originally debuted in 2013 never to be seen again... But now it becomes available again as Special Color Version! In order to further emphasize Biollante’s sculpt, which has been carefully and meticulously crafted with the utmost attention to detail, we’ve also added various coloring details not seen in the original release. It utilizes three-dimensional paint applications that emphasizes the giant-ness of Biollante. The prototype was produced by Fuyuki Shinada, who created the Biollante marionette for shooting. A light emitting gimmick is mounted in the belly, just like the original release. The color can be changed by switching the the on and off switch located under the figure. The figure is massive and equipped with joints for each part. Its movement is unique to S.H.MonsterArts which make it possible to reproduce iconic scenes from the movie!
