Khan

Genetically engineered human Augment Khan Noonien Singh and his followers escaped Earth in the late 20th century, and spent nearly three centuries in stasis. When their ship the S.S. Botany Bay, was discovered by the U.S.S. Enterprise, and its passengers revived, they staged a mutiny that was ultimately put down. In defeat, Khan and his followers were marooned on the habitable world Ceti Alpha V, but the world’s climate turned inhospitable when Ceti Alpha VI exploded. The survivors were discovered by the crew of the U.S.S. Reliant, who were seeking uninhabited world’s to test the Genesis device; Khan took control of their minds, and then their ship. Now in possession of a powerful federation vessel, Khan stole Genesis, then set out on a mission of revenge, using the element of surprise to strike at his old enemy: Captain James T. Kirk.
