A redeco of Action Master Wheeljack, Slicer is a non-transforming action figure that is compatible with all other Action Master vehicles and weapons. He comes with a battery powered, self-propelled 4WD Assault Vehicle that transforms into an armored exo-suit with spinning blades. The exo-suit is the same base vehicle as the simultaneously released Rumbler, but with alternate weaponry. The rubber traction bands on the rear 4WD tires are prone to splitting over time.
Slicer is the basis for the colors of both the evil Shattered Glass Wheeljack and the Dark Energon version of Prime Wheeljack.A car in Slicer’s colors appears in Garrison Blackrock’s workshop tour in IDW’s The Transformers vol. 2 #37.The quote for Slicer’s Timelines toy is an homage to the French taunter from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, but with the word "taunt” replaced with "crush”.
