This Walmart-exclusive two-pack is based upon the scene in Revenge of the Fallen where Starscream pursues Seymour Simmons, Mudflap and Skids in Egypt. The Voyager Class Starscream toy features a much brighter plastic colour and has "battle damage” scorch mark paint decos. Mudflap features a weathered, sandblasted deco. They were part of the "Hunt for the Decepticons” promotion, and Starscream came with a collector’s card.
