Stormcloud transforms into a maroon and lavender speedboat. In both modes, he has a pressure-launch missile (the packaging and stock photography give him the long missile, as seen right, while the instructions give him the square-fin missile). He was available only as part of the Sea Mini-Con Team 3-pack with his teammates Oceanglide and Waterlog.
The Takara release of this team has a different color scheme from the Hasbro version. The maroon is replaced with a much more vibrant red, plus the lavender is replaced with yellow.
This mold was also used to make Bilge and Mile.
