Released in the fifth and final wave of 2008 Universe Legends Class toys, Cosmos still transforms into a flying saucer-type ”UFO”, but now looks less like a doorbell, now being a much flatter disc with a tailfin.
Designer Bill Rawley claims responsibility for the markings on Cosmos, which spell out his name in ”Cybertronian” lettering.
Hasbro’s stock photography for this toy lacks the Autobot sigil on his chest.
