He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S. and Tesco in the UK.
This mold was also used to make Gnashteeth, Gnashteeth’s upgrade Chromebite, Dark of the Moon Dualor, and Age of Extinction Ivan.
