He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Ransack, Stockade, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was not widely available at retail, showing up primarily at Kmart and Meijer stores in the U.S., Canadian Tire in Canada, and Tesco outlets in the United Kingdom.
This mold was also used to make Cybertron Strongarm, Detectas, Rad Rogue, Flatfoot, and Mighty Stra.
