Title:
Arcee Prime Universe
Description:
Prime Universe Arcee (Deluxe Class, 2022)
TakaraTomy ID number: TL-05
TakaraTomy release date: August 27, 2022
Accessories: 2x Energon blades, front tire/Energon blaster
Part of the first wave of Legacy Deluxe Class toys, "Prime Universe Arcee” is a Generations-styled version of the character that transforms into a ’90s-style sportbike motorcycle, much like a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R. Her accessories include two Energon blades, which can mount to her motorcycle mode, as well as form a shield in robot mode. Her front tire can be detached and split open to reveal an Energon blaster.
Not documented in the instructions, the waist of the figure can clip the ball joint to the abs in robot mode, for a more stable figure, but the joint comes apart and detaches the legs from the torso easily when trying to convert back to motorcycle. Another undocumented feature is that the energy blades can attach to Legacy Skids’s Axe, leading many to believe that combining weapons might be a theme across many size classes of Legacy figures, and not just the Core Class figures in the promotional/box art.
This figure was retooled into Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection Road Rocket and redecoed into Shattered Glass Collection Decepticon Flamewar.
