He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Ransack, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S. and Tesco in the UK.
This toy was repurposed as a body for 2003 Universe Stockade in Beast Wars: Uprising. This mold was also used to make Cybertron Knockdown, Ironlunge, Dark of the Moon Triceradon, and Movie Advanced Series Thunderlips.
