A Legends Class Prowl toy came packaged with this version of Ratchet, as well as a Legends Starscream. It features a slightly different deco from the Universe release of the mold, including a silver chevron and a silver Autobot sigil.
Other than the various Legends Prowls below, this mold would have also been used to make EZ Collection Turbo Cycle, but that toy was cancelled.
