Part of the Transformers: Legacy Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection, "Victory Universe Galaxy Shuttle” is a new-head redeco of Siege Astrotrain, and is the only new Leader Class in Wave 2. While able to transform into a space shuttle, the nature of being a redeco of Astrotrain means that he also gains a steam locomotive alt-mode, making him a Triple Changer. Speedia lead Mark Maher noted that this unusually liberal update from the Legacy design team was the product of a head baked into this Siege mold from its conception by designers unknown. Mysterious!
Despite being Voyager-sized, he comes at Leader price due to his engineering, and his accessories making up the rest of his budget. In addition to five weapons, he includes a tender large enough to store all five weapons inside. The tender can be converted into a small launch pad base (designed as a treaded crawler vehicle with two cabs) for his shuttle mode. The launch pad features a pair of A.I.R. Lock System connectors, but unfortunately doesn’t seem able to unfold flat as designed. It can also turn into a weapons rack, which can be mounted on Galaxy Shuttle’s back in robot mode, with a pair of foot pads for extra stability since the backpack makes Galaxy Shuttle incredibly back-heavy. The tender/launchpad’s deco is heavily homaging the Rocket Base.
