Part of the seventh wave of TakaraTomy Prime toys, and exclusive to said toyline, Ironhide is a... well, he’s kind-of a redeco of Hasbro’s Prime: Robots in Disguise Sergeant Kup, whose mold was originally designed to be Ironhide, and was originally solicited as such in the Hasbro line. Yeah. He transforms into a modified Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, and much of his color detail is provided by customer-applied stickers rather than paint operations. He features peg-holes for 5 mm posts on his forearms/doors, hands, and truck bed. Instead of the combining cannons he was originally designed with, he comes with the Arms Micron, Iro, who transforms into one of the cannons. Just one. Sorry. (He is, of course, completely compatible with Kup’s cannons, if you want to complete his look that way.)
He also has a "dramatic head reveal,” wherein his head rises up from within his torso when his abdomen panel is slid up. He also features a fake kibble windshield on his chest, with the real front windshield ending up on his back.
His stock photography incorrectly depicts him in a magenta-ish shade of red.
