All the gimmicks remain the same, including his little pal Frenzy, who is now colored more G1-accurate (as well as movie-accurate colored eyes not seen on any other Frenzy toy).Recon Barricade’s license plate reads "SAGE2764”, a reference to the screenname of a member of a Chinese newsgroup used by Joe Kyde (who would later design the deco for Recon Barricade) to disseminate hoax information for his senior capstone project.For the United Kingdom market, Recon Barricade was initially announced to be a store exclusive.Ultimately, he shipped in solid cases and was found mostly at Woolworth, but also at Toys"R"Us and (possibly) The Entertainer.
