Part of the first wave of Dark of the Moon Cyberverse Legion Class toys, Bumblebee is an all-new mold that takes basic design cues from the Revenge of the Fallen Legends Class Bumblebee, but generally improves upon them by being more accurate in robot mode. His right hand is sculpted as his Plasma Cannon, while his left hand has the ability to hold onto Cyberverse 3mm post weapons and interact with Cyberverse playsets.
The final toy differs from promotional photos by being cast in a different color of plastic similar to previous releases of the Revenge of the Fallen Legends Class sculpt, while the promotional photos depict him in a lighter hue of yellow. Amusingly, this has already happened before and in almost the exact same way. History tends to repeat itself, folks.
This mold was also used to make other versions of Bumblebee.
