Part of the fifth wave of the 2010 Reveal the Shield toyline, Mindset is a redeco and retool of Hunt for the Decepticons Hailstorm, who was designed as homage to Generation 2 Mindset. He has a different headsculpt from Hailstorm and transforms from a robot with massive rocket launchers on his shoulders into a light blue multiple rocket launcher. He comes with eight (8!) pressure-launch missiles. Each launcher also has a C joint bar on it to mount extra accessories onto.
As part of the first wave of the Reveal the Shield promotion, he sports a rubsign.
Notes
Mindset’s original reveal at BotCon 2010 showed him with a massive Autobot symbol on his launcher. This bit of deco was removed for his retail release, presumably as it would have defeated the whole symbol-rubbing thing.
