He may not have the "SHOOT ME” bullseye on his gut anymore, but he’s still wearing red all over.
There are two deco variants of Detour: the Target-exclusive version with the Target logos and sponsors being visible, and the TakaraTomy version which has been completely de-sponsored and, aside from his shoulder stripes, is devoid of markings.
