Only available with his partners (both medium and large), Emissary forms the head of Cerebros, who in turn forms the head of Fortress Maximus. Emissary can also be used as a head for any other Deluxe, Voyager, or Leader figure in the Titans Return subline of Generations. His robot mode is based on the Headmaster Spike figure, whilst his head mode is the mouthplated design of Cerebros’s Western character model seen in the cartoon’s season 4 three-parter The Rebirth and the Marvel comic. Although the CG renders depict the figure in two different shades of gray, the actual figure has its lower legs cast in blue plastic, based on the original Generation 1 Spike figure.
This sculpt was later retooled into Legends Fortress’s Headmaster stage, and into Transformers & Downtown No Gaki No Tsukai Ya Arahende! Crossover Donarimasu and Guchirimasu Headmaster units.
