The son of the original Baron Von Chill, the younger Chill watched his father rise to the upper levels of European aristocracy, then come crashing down with the ultimate destruction of R.I.O.T. Swearing to himself that he would live to avenge his father; he became obsessed with everlasting life, creating a proprietary cloning technology. In the event of his death, his consciousness would synchronize with a cloned body and ”revive” him into his new form. The side effect of this cloning system is skin discoloration, and some imperceptible mental degradation which each new form he takes. One must wonder how many more times he can be resurrected before his mental breakdown becomes more visible... and more dangerous.
