Super Cyborg Soundblaster is an 11-inch-tall non-transforming figure with 7 points of articulation, released by Super7. The figure’s main selling point is the ability to remove the entire front of the torso, revealing sculpted mechanical innards (including internal speakers and tape reels, appropriately enough). The figure includes a non-transforming cassette that is purportedly Ratbat, even though it is clearly a repaint of the previously-released Super Cyborg Laserbeak cassette.
