Part of the second wave of Cybertron "Legends of Cybertron” toys, this miniature version of the Evac toy came out when the Legends line was still mainly released at "market six” stores, and even hit US store shelves before the larger one did! The (non-firing) missile launchers are molded in a permanently deployed state; thus, unlike the Voyager toy, they cannot disguise as the helicopter’s engine exhausts. The rotor does not spin freely, and is permanently in the larger toy’s robot-mode two-blade configuration.
