This is an interesting one. It’s a custom Ancient One from Dr. Strange MCU. The body is from McFarlane Ikora Rey from Destiny. I have no idea where the head is from but it looks just like Tilda Swinton in her MCU appearance.
I found this loose at Big Fun Toy Store in Columbus but I also found stock pictures of the exact same custom from Ali Express, but the link is broken. Grabbed the pictures from Google. I’m missing all of the accessories that are seen in those pictures.
