Studio Series Bonecrusher transforms from robot to a licensed Buffalo mine-protected vehicle. He comes with a cardboard backdrop display depicting the highway fight with Optimus Prime from the first Transformers film.
The vehicle mode’s arm can be reformed into a grabber claw. It’s quite top-heavy for Bonecrusher in robot mode, but bending him into a slight crouch or having him on all fours will allow him to stay upright.
Due to his transformation, he is only barely taller than his Deluxe predecessor. However it must be noted that he is still with significantly more mass given the upgrade in size class.
In an undocumented feature, Bonecrusher actually has a removable face that actually lifts right off the balljoint connector attached to the torso to simulate his fate in the 2007 film. Care must be taken to gently wiggle and lift the faceplate straight off the balljoint connector and avoid twisting and risking damage to the eye pieces.[
