Obi-Wan Kenobi (Naboo) with Lightsaber and Handle

A 3.75 in (9.5 cm) plastic action figure of Obi-Wan Kenobi as seen on Naboo in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, produced by Hasbro in 1999 for the Episode I Collection 1 basic figure line. The figure depicts a young Obi-Wan in cream Jedi tunic, brown trousers and tall boots with a long brown Jedi robe, sculpted with multiple points of articulation (head, shoulders, right elbow swivel, right wrist swivel, waist and hips) and painted to resemble Ewan McGregor. Accessories include a blue-bladed lightsaber and a separate unlit lightsaber hilt that can be held in his hands or attached at the belt, plus a clear CommTech chip base featuring Obi-Wan’s image that allows the figure to play character voice lines when used with the separate electronic CommTech reader. The front blister card uses the black and red Darth Maul character art with the large Star Wars Episode I logo, a bright yellow NEW! burst by the bubble, a portrait of Obi-Wan above the chip, and callouts that the figure includes a CommTech chip and is suitable for ages 4 and up with choking-hazard warnings.
