January, when orchards are covered with a blanket of crisp white snow, creates the unique character of our ice cider. Fermented slowly according to traditional cider-making techniques. This naturally sweetened nectar develops a complex aroma of candid fruit and attains the perfect balance
between the tart and the mellow. Enjoy ice cider alone as an aperitif, or with lightly sauteed foie gras, cheese, or warmed apple tart. Serve chilled, but not iced.
