Use lg. Mixing Glass
Chill old fashion glass or chill coupe glass
1) muddle sugar and bitters
In lg mixing Glass (peychauds)
2) 3 oz Sazerac Rye (Buffalo Trace out of New Orleans)
3) stir for 30 sec.
4) rinse chilled glass with absinthe and dump out
5) pour and strain into coupe or. Old fashion glass
6) lemon peel zest in drink and edge of glass
