Rational spirits is the result of innovative technology and obsessive historical research. We believe that our room is in conversation with some of the great rums made throughout the world over the last few centuries and have gone to great lengths to pay homage to these pioneers. Our inaugural rum is made in collaboration with Brian Davis of lost spirits distillery as a new style of rum inspired by centuries-old Jamaican rum making traditions and Jurassic Park. Using a sophisticated post distillation process, LS tech and Thea one we are able to achieve a superior taste profile for our rum at an accelerated pace.
