In new white oak #4 char and finished in ex-California Cabernet wine barrels for 4 months.
Mash bill: 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malt

Notes of dark cherries, redcurrants, dried orange peel, cacao nibs, toffee, dried apricots, cedar, and cigar humidor
