1. Ace Adventure, Oak Hill West Virginia August 3-6, 2023. Family trip for Christmas gift from 2022. Nell, Becky, Caity, Cadence, Stevie, Leah, Steven, Grant, Carter, Shelley, Matt, Arria, BryLee. Thursday evening dinner and this beer flight at Lost Paddle Restaurant. They didn’t sell flights, but made Caity and me a great one! Friday white water rafting, Stevie and Carter went down in a ducky. River guide 17 year old Bailey. Mud Obstacle course Friday evening. Guide Tony. Everyone did it but Nana and BryLee. Dinner take out from Lost Paddle Restaurant. Saturday slept in, day at the Water Lagoon. And yes, we snuck in beverages 😊. Saturday night grilled pork at our cabin, campfire, beer tasting, late night. Sunday checkout. Carter had 2 highlight pictures from the weekend. 1. The ducky, him and Stevie ran over by another ducky. 2. Steven “sent him to the moon” off the Blob at the Water Lagoon!!!

Watched youtube music videos from each number one hit on his birthday through the years. Shared old pictures and memories. Friday food tour, stops: Lady Bird Taco, Five Daughters Bakery, 12 South Taproom & Grill, Edley’s Bar-B-Que, Christie Cookie Company. Friday evening on Broadway Street, dinner at Jack’s BBQ. Peanut butter birthday cake on his birthday, June 28th. Saturday visited Gaylord Opryland, Beer tasting at the VRBO, evening back to Broadway Street, dinner at Hattie’s Hot Chicken. Kayla and Nathan came late Friday night, they got engaged earlier in the week.
