Under-ripe banana, toffee, saw dust, lemon peel, red fruits, raw cacao.
The palate is like eating a snickers bar while smoking a cigar. Not something I’ve ever tried but you get the idea. There’s chocolate truffles, oak, spice and a nice touch of butterscotch.
A long peppery finish is the perfect way to end the sweet, smokey palate.
