Production: It is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, roasted for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens, and crushed using both a stone tahona and a roller mill.
Aging: The tequila is lightly aged for a minimum of 6 months in used American bourbon barrels.
Proof: It is bottled at a slightly higher 43% ABV (86 proof), which provides a bolder flavor profile than standard tequilas.
