Paul Sutton Bourbon is a namesake bourbon produced by our family for seven generations. Our bourbon uses a sweet mash process. Our grains are from locally owned and operated family farms. This is how our family has made bourbon whiskey for over 100 years and we are continuing that family tradition today.

Mash Bill: corn, rye, malted barley
Cooperage: Charred new American white oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The palate delivers notes of warm vanilla, citrus and oak. It has a deep, dry and resonate finish.

Full and soft, marked by a mix of burnt sugar, caramel, orange, and cloves.
FINISH:
Balanced with clove nutmeg and cinnamon
