Title:
Braulio Amaro Alpino
Description:
Amaro Braulio is an Italian amaro, aperitif, and vermouth originating in Bormio, Valtellina in 1875. Created by chemist Francesco Peloni, it’s made by infusing a secret blend of 13 alpine herbs, roots, and berries in alcohol for two years in Slavonian oak barrels stored in cool, dark Alpine tunnels. The closely-guarded recipe has been passed down through generations of the Peloni family.
