Tasting Notes: The nose slaps you with fruit right away - quite enjoyable! As it settles in the glass you get vanilla cream, nougat, chocolate mousse, strawberry preserves. Essentially a fruity Charleston Chew.

The palate is fantastic. Theres a huge fruit explosion on the front before a lot of maple-like creaminess and sweetness. It has the creamy vanilla bean of High Wire’s Jimmy Red mixed with the fruit-forward profile of Detrick and the lingering of peach, raspberry, dried fruits and chocolate mousse like a more relaxed King’s County bourbon.

The finish is creamy, long, and trailing with all sorts of date and maple syrup fruitiness and sweetness.
