The Empire State Brandy Cask is an American Single Malt crafted from a marriage of 4.5-6.5 year old whiskeys that were finished in barrels that previously held Applejack Brandy from upstate New York – Blackdirt Distilling in Warwick, NY.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Light and effervescent with notes of green grape and peach pie.
Palate: Fresh Apple, oatmeal raisin cookie, cream soda and clover honey.
Finish: Long and sweet, with hints of dry Chardonnay and crème brulee.
