THE STORY
Once the primary maturation process was complete, the single malt was spread to a variety of European wine casks for finishing, before being combined and returned to used Stranahans American oak.
TASTING NOTES
Deep & rich on the nose with hints of wet sand and caramel covered raisins. On the palate, concord grapes, plum and fig newtons. Finishing off with dry baked fruits and sparkling wine.
