Description:
2024 represents the inaugural edition of Silver Grove Rye. For this release, we explored how whiskeys age, with barrels coming from the top two floors of our five story rickhouse in Newport, Kentucky. This aging in the hottest part of the warehouse led to powerful flavors and a somewhat elevated proof of 116.4 ̊. As with all New Riff spirits, Silver Grove Rye is bottled without chill filtration.

Nose: Plump, oily rye grains, huge mint, black pepper, with hints of citrus, caraway and oak.
Taste: Up front cinnamon spiciness, hint of vanilla and singed toffee. Delightfully aggressive, complex oak and rye flavors.
Finish: Bold Rye spice with a nice minerality and eucalyptus. Fading with a spicy, yet mouth cooling finish.
