Located at the center of the golden trangle, rancho "La Loma” is a 25-acre hill, sloping gently from East to West. The agave was planted in a North-South direction, receiving full sun exposure. It sits at 2,085 meters above sea level. At the tue of harvest, the agave was fully mature, weighing 21 kg with an average sugar content of 3.2%
Nose: Green apples, tamarind, sweet citrus, salty caramel, and lots of cooked agave. Molasses notes and honey. Fresh green leaves the eucalyptus, mint, and rosemary. Sightly smoky.
Palate: Green banana, sweet potato, mineral, and earthy. Roasted corn. Is a tequila with character that stays on the wouth for long finish. Balanced and round finish.
