Established in 2005, Kilchoman is true to islay’s rich farm distilling heritage, using locally cut peat, slowly distilling by hand, maturing on Islay and bottling on site without colouring or chill-filtration.
This single cask has been produced with 50ppm peated malt, then matured in a fresh bourbon barrel for over five years before being finished in a Marsala hogshead for 21 months
